They recently held the Third Congress of Caribbean Writers, and in The Gleaner they have a report, noting also that Haitian-American Writer Gets Prestigious Caribbean Literature Award, as Edwidge Danticat was awarded the Association of Caribbean Writers Grand Prize for Literature.
