Words without Borders has announced that Drenka Willen to receive first James H. Ottaway Jr. Award for the Promotion of International Literature (which they're apparently hoping (?) will become known as 'the Ottaway'); it will be awarded at the Words without Borders tenth anniversary gala, on 29 October.
It's great that they've established this award, and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt editor Willen certainly is a worthy winner.
