They've announced the shortlists for the 2013 PEN Literary Awards.
No books in most of these categories -- which include the PEN/ESPN Award for Literary Sports Writing and the PEN/Steven Kroll Award for Picture Book Writing -- are under review at the complete review, but one of the PEN Award for Poetry in Translation finalists is: Tales of a Severed Head by Rachida Madani -- and I've actually read all the PEN Translation Prize finalists (though only reviewed two). Quite a contrast to the Best Translated Book Award finalists (and the Independent Foreign Fiction Prize finalists) covering the same period:
