Sami Rohr Prize

       They've announced that The Aleppo Codex: A True Story of Obsession, Faith, and the Pursuit of an Ancient Bible by Matti Friedman has been awarded the ($100,000) 2014 Sami Rohr Prize for Jewish Literature. (It's awarded in alternating years to a work of fiction, and of non; this (well, next) was a non year.)
