'Minority Language Publishing Project'

       This sounds pretty interesting: PEN International report that UNESCO and PEN International to partner on major new Minority Language Publishing Project -- entitled 'Developing the Minority Language Creative Industry in Kenya, Haiti, Serbia and Nigeria: An Inter-Regional Research, Advocacy and Development Programme'. That's a good geographic spread, and it'll be interesting to see what emerges from this.
