Dowlatabadi goes postal

       The Colonel-(etc.-)author (and local favorite) Mahmoud Dowlatabadi gets a nice birthday homage in Iran -- no, the censors haven't yet given the stamp of approval to some of the unpublished novels (like The Colonel ...), but they have unveiled a different kind of stamp: yes, as the Tehran Times reports, Iran issues commemorative postage stamp for writer Mahmud Dowlatabadi, as:
Iran has issued a postage stamp to commemorate the 74th birthday of the renowned Iranian author Mahmud Dowlatabadi
