Barbro Lindgren's texts have since been translated into 30 languages. Still, her work is better known in Scandinavia than in Germany, for example, where many of her books have been forgotten since the 1970s and are difficult to find these days.Same goes for the US: only the Harper Collins volumes Sam's Ball (see their publicity page, or get your copy at Amazon.com) and Sam's Cookie (see their publicity page, or get your copy at Amazon.com) seem to be in print (and they came out in the early 1980s !).
